  1. Hello Jenni! My name is Joe Sheehan. I am a stone carver and artist from New Zealand. I hope you don’t mind me contacting you out of the blue like this. I have been obsessing about the Aran islands for a while now and I saw that you were there for an Artist residency a while back.

    As an artist who works predominantly in stone the geology and geography of the Aran Islands just blows me away and has completely captured my imagination. I would love to know how one makes an application to the residency programme. Any information around this that you might be able to provide would be fantastic.
